New Warehouse Structure

New warehouse storage building that will house pallets of PVC piping and prevent their degrading from ultraviolet sunlight. Metro Water Services (MWS) will also store large and heavy metal valve assemblies and pipe fittings. The Contractor shall provide a turn-key installation with a pre-engineered metal building manufacturer to erect on a GC constructed finished concrete slab and foundation structure. The contractor shall do all other required earth work for preparation of the building site. The new structure will be assigned the letter H in keeping with the current system of labeling structures on the Campus
