| Description | The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a Contract with a Contractor to supply Class V Limestone Rip Rap for the Department of Natural Resources. Orders may be placed on as-needed basis and the quantities may vary. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. The term of this contract is anticipated to be from January 9, 2023, through February 28, 2024, with the option to extend up to an additional 24 months in increments determined by the State.
