Pressure Washing Services

1. Pressure washing and window washing services shall be completed on an as needed basis. 2. Pressure washing and window washing services shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of when the request was made. 3. Pressure washing and window washing services shall be required to be completed after hours or on weekends. Scheduling will be coordinated with the County’s Project Manager and will be based on individual facility needs. 4. All work shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning procedures for the specific surface being pressure washed. 5. Pressure washing and window washing shall remove all foreign material to include, but not limited to, bugs, bug droppings, spider webs, wasp’s nests, mold, mildew, oil, grease, adhesives, sand, graffiti, and dirt. 6. The range of pressure washing shall consist of horizontal and vertical washing, and shall include, but is not limited to, walls, doors, windows, awnings, soffits, fascia, gutters, and trim. 7. Blowing, sweeping, and removal of all loose trash prior to pressure washing shall be required. 8. Sidewalks within 10 feet of the building, entrance pads, roofs, walls, fences, gates, signage, markers, stairs, ramps, and railings shall be included in the cost of each location.
