| Description | Roosevelt HS - Boiler 2 Re-Tube and Repairs ONLY PREQUALIFIED POOL Various Trades PLA for work over 25K Questions Due Date: Aug 11th 2023, 11:00 AM CDT Questions submitted via online portal. Boiler 2 Safety Relief Valves Furnish labor and materials to replace (4) 3 Kunkle relief valves Boiler 2 Re-Tubing: Cut the complete set of tubes from the boiler and remove them from the premises. Prepare the tube sheets removing sharp edges and burrs. Flush out the shell of ALL scale and debris. Clean any soot from the fireside. Set in the boiler (206) 2-1/2 SA-178A boiler tubes. New tubes to be Flare rolled front and rear of the tube sheets. Service any refractory repairs needed. Replace hand holes and cover plates removed to perform this work. All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing. |
