Description | The Owner will receive sealed bids for a Single Prime, Stipulated Sum Contract for Renovations and Additions located at the Traverse Heights Elementary School, 933 Rose Street, Traverse City, MI 49686 This Phased construction program includes but is not limited to: A two Classroom addition and ancillary spaces, site work with increased parking and site electrical, and interior renovations to the Main Offices and counseling areas. Approval: October 10, 2022 Substantial completion: June 2023 for the classroom addition; August 10, 2023 for the interior renovations The proposals shall be submitted on Bid Forms furnished by the Architect as part of the Contract Documents and shall be completely executed in strict accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Telegraphic or telephonic bids will NOT be received, accepted or read. Supplemental conferences will not be held. It is expected all bidders will be familiar with the site, project and existing conditions at the time their bid is submitted. TCAPS will make every effort to accommodate site visit requests. Bidding: Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Refer to other bidding requirements described in: 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders; 00 73 00 Supplementary Conditions. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided, 00 41 00 - Bid Form.
