RFP D/B - Gateway Park

The work generally includes: Scope A new park at the SE corner of Highway 9 and NW 62nd Street in Parkville, MO. The work consists of (but not limited to) site grading, new concrete sidewalks and stairs with metal handrails, installation of an owner-provided drinking fountain and decorative light pole. Alternate #1 work, as indicated on the drawings, includes the installation of a gravel trail and concrete ADA-compliant parking space. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges.
