1 Unit Renovation Project

**As of August 5 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Contractor to provide total price (lump sum) for each unit and for final contract amount for work described in each bid package they are bidding on. Forms are in Bid Packages. FHC needs these units completed in a timely manner, so Calendar days for completion will be 180 days from Notice to Proceed to complete the work. All work will be performed under the guidelines for the Capital Fund Grant Program managed through the Detroit Area Office of the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). DavisBacon wage rates must be paid. Section 3 workers are encouraged. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the FHC and shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, if the bid price is over $25,000.00. Liability, Workers Compensation and Automobile insurance is necessary to work on FHC properties,
