Description

Project assignment is initiated by the City providing the selected Engineer a detailed project description, including scope of work and any other special instructions needed by the Engineer to prepare items such as preliminary and final cost estimates, Microsoft Project scheduling,complete project plans and specifications, project reports, and other related engineering services. The preferred Engineers shall provide engineering services that may include but not be limited to, the following: 1. The design of HVAC, gas, plumbing, fire protection systems, energy conservation programs and special systems to include: power generation and aquatic systems. 2. Expert witness in a judicial and/or quasi-judicial setting. 3. Project Management 4. Construction Inspection.
