Mowing Athletic Fields

Athletic Field Mowing, Term Agreement Baltimore County, Maryland is soliciting offerors to provide all labor, equipment, and expertise necessary for mowing athletic fields located throughout the County during a multi-year term agreement. The term of the contract shall be for one (1) year beginning on or about 11/22/2022. The County reserves the right to renew this contract for up to four (4) additional one-year renewal options under the same terms and conditions. The County will automatically renew the contract on each option year unless notice is given to the Contractor that the contract is not renewed. Buyer: Jason Hartline, 410-887-2495, jhartline@baltimorecountymd.gov MBE/WBE Goal: 30% The County further reserves the right to make such investigation as it deems necessary to determine the ability of bidders to furnish the required services, and bidders shall furnish all such information for this purpose as the County may request. The County also reserves the right to reject the proposal of any bidder who is not currently in a position to perform the contract, or who has previously failed to perform similar contracts properly, or in a manner acceptable to the County, all of which shall be in the County's sole discretion.
