| Description | In accordance with these requirements, the successful bidder will provide: Services to be performed under this contract: • Supply OSHA regulation compliant roof-top fall prevention equipment as specified on the Invitation and Bid Form. • Confirm proper measurements for all skylight guards prior to ordering. Awarded vendor will have a measurement consultation with the Manager of Health and Safety, Carla DeSantis prior to equipment ordering by vendor. Site visits will be arranged to procure exact measurements as needed. • Separate roof equipment by location and building number, ID label and deliver to each of the above locations. All equipment needed to meet the requirements for the building as indicated in the Invitation and Bid Form must be packaged together with the appropriate location and building number identified. Services not required under this contract: • Equipment installation |
