Description

Construction of site improvements for renovation/expansion of the Riverwalk in the Marine District in Downtown Troy. Improvements include reconstruction of the concrete riverwalk, pavement restoration of parking and roadway areas, curbing, seating walls, ramps, stairs and railings, riverfront promenade and screen fencing, various site furnishings, landscaping, green infrastructure and lighting. Additional infrastructure improvements include stormwater facilities and minor adjustments to sanitary and water systems.
