| Description | The existing fascia and soffit at the municipal golf course clubhouse building, located at 600 Wilder BLVD., Daytona Beach FL, needs replacement. The clubhouse building has a steel framed mansard style roof overhang skinned with deteriorated T-111 siding and a corrugated metal soffit that has reached the end of its useful lifespan. Work includes but is not limited to re-roof Clubhouse portion of the building, removal and replacement of existing siding with prefinished cementitious siding, removal and replacement of existing metal soffit with ventilated vinyl soffit, installation of new cap flashing, replacement of one exterior door, installation of replacement and additional exterior lighting per plans, replacement of soffit mechanical vents, steel framing repairs, and installation of trim |
