| Description | Janitorial services at the Civil Courthouse located on 175 South Broad Street, Trenton NJ. The area of 175 South Broad Street is approximately 150,000 square feet. There are 53 bathrooms and 8 holding cells. The following floors shall be cleaned: Ground and Floors 1, 2, 3, and 4. The holding cells are approximately 8’ x 9’ in size. The County shall furnish hand-soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and trash can liners. The Contractor shall furnish and provide for all other cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for the proper execution of this contract such as but not limited to waxes, strippers, cleaners, buffers, vacuum cleaners, mops and buckets. |
