| Description | The contractor shall remove and replace the existing ATCT access road and dispose of the waste off site. The access road is to be cleaned and prep for a paved facility access road and paved parking lot by filling in all potholes with compacted spot asphalt, and by removing all vegetation and all loose sand and gravel. Apply a tack coat atop the entire base course of the AOA access road, atop the paved facility access road, and atop the paved parking lot. The parking lot is to have entire area restriped as per the drawing CRE-D-ATCT-C003. |
