| Description | The project includes, but is not limited to the following: Repair passenger elevator equipment, upgrade 12 passenger elevators with new, state of the art, energy efficient, non-proprietary, microprocessor-based controllers and drives, refurbishment of governors, buffers and pit equipment for each elevator, and realignment of any misaligned guide rails, the fire command panel will be replaced and incorporated with the emergency power operation panel along with the fire alarm monitoring and management system, guarded LED lighting will be added in pits and shafts, all abandoned equipment will be removed in machine rooms, the contractor is to provide all the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary for this project. |
