Water Treatment Plant Modifications - General Construction, Electrical Construction and Mechanical Construction

In summary, the project consists of limited instrumentation, new cleaning tank, and minor piping modifications, as well as limited electrical work, a new emergency backup generator, and a dehumidification system at the existing water treatment facility. Contract No. 1- General Construction: The scope consists of coordination of other contracts, supplying and installation of: a new NF cleaning tank with tank heater, valves and concrete pad, antiscalant piping, plant piping and valves modifications, new control valves, dehumidification systems pads, trenching for conduits, generator pad, generator platform and stairs and all other miscellaneous specified work not covered by contracts 2 and 3. Contract No. 2- Electrical Construction: The scope consists of supplying and installation of emergency generator, modifications to existing panels and ATS, supply and installation of: paddle fans, pressure transmitters, flow meters, NF cleaning tank heater wiring and disconnect and wiring of plant instruments, furnishing electrical and control wiring for dehumidification systems, all other specified/shown electrical and control wiring for the entire project. All specified control devices shall also be included in this contract. Contract No. 3- Mechanical Construction: The project consists of supplying and installation of dehumidification equipment and duct work.
