| Description | In general, the project consists of a 4,000-seat event center, 100-yard turf fieldhouse, fitness center, and shell space for a future medical clinic. Bid Package #3 (BP #3) includes the furnishing and installation of structural steel, membrane roofing, translucent panels, loading docks, elevators, and geothermal wells. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. Bid security requirements are noted in 00 23 00 - Work Categories specification. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in any bid and to accept any bid which the Owner may determine to be in its best interest. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of the proposals without the consent of the Owner. *This project is being bid by invitation only.
