Award Details Contract Award Date: Sep 22, 2022 Contract Award Number: W50S7522C0001 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: QTGBJMFN6DC3 Contractor Awarded Name: MACRO-Z-TECHNOLOGY COMPANY Contractor Awarded Address: Santa Ana, CA 92701-3878 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $13684000.00 The California Air National Guard (CA ANG) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the construction of a C-130J Flight Simulator Building at Channel Islands Air National Guard Station (ANGS), Ventura County, California. The project will construct a newly completed facility that will encompass approximately 11,225 sq. ft. consisting of a simulator hangar high bay and general-purpose shops, supporting administrative spaces, and mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and telecommunications rooms. This project will support training and administrative requirements for the CA ANG. This project is a high-priority reprogramming action of Congress and critical to the CA ANG's current mission for the 146th Airlift Wing. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. Currently the Government anticipates that funds will become available prior to (but no later than) midnight on 30 September 2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for aw ard if funds become available and the prices received are w ithin an aw ardable range. The construction/contract duration is 400 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) to include inspection and punch list activities, which provides adequate time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39.5M. Pursuant to Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement 236.204(i), the magnitude of this project is between $11,000,000 and $25,000,000. This solicitation is reserved for small business firms only. A pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 26 July 2022, 10:00 a.m. local time at the CA ANG's Channel Islands ANGS. See Solicitation Section 00100 of the solicitation for specific registration information and details. For orientation purposes the nearest GPS address to the contractor's commercial inspection gate is: 4146 Naval Air Road, Port Hueneme, CA 93041. All interested contractors will be expected to pre-coordinate security access for the actual date of pre-bid conference posted in the solicitation or expect denial of base access. "Same day" changes to approved access rosters will not be possible. Interested contractors prepared in advance with confirmed pre-coordinated access will report to the main gate to be directed to the pre-bid conference. The site visit will follow the pre-bid conference. Interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend both and shall follow any other conference registration and base access requirements posted in the solicitation.
