Consultant may be responsible for all aspects of planning, design, and oversight for the following projects. the process of reconstructing a building that will soon become the new City Hall located at 10451 Gulf Blvd. This facility will house the main customer service lobby, the Commission chambers, several rental spaces, and the following City departments: City Manager and administration, building and planning, recreation, human resources, information technology, and finance. The fourth floor of this building has not been programmed at this time. Once City staff are fully moved into the new City Hall, the existing City Hall at 120 108th Ave. and the Public Works Administration building at 152 108th Ave. will be demolished. reconstruction as well, including the City’s wastewater master pump station, Public Works and the Fire and Police Station, all of which are currently located between 120 and 180 108th Avenue. The City has received preliminary construction cost estimations and renderings for these projects earlier this year and underwent a prior programming and site evaluation in 2017.
