Mccrehan and Holland Wadding Pool to Spray Deck Construction

The project consists of the complete demolition of existing wading pools at the two facilities and the construction of new spray decks to replace the wading pools. The project includes new concrete spray deck surfaces overlain by a resilient soft surface, new spray features and controllers, water supply piping and drain connections, site grading, and site amenities. Legacy environmentally impacted construction materials have also been identified at both locations and must be appropriately managed under this contract. Both projects will be included under this single contract and the construction of the two projects will occur at the same time. It is expected that a work plan be finalized, and demolition of existing wading pools/excavation started this winter with temperature affective work to be completed in the spring.
