The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes the construction of a new control building and the replacement of five (5) 115-kV power circuit breakers in Big Horn County, WY with a period of performance of 400 calendar days after notice to proceed. The estimated order of magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. FAR Part 14 is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237130; Size Standard is $39.5M. The solicitation including specifications and drawings will be issued electronically at this site on or about 21 June 2022 at the following sites: https://www.fedconnect.net and https://www.sam.gov/ NOTE: the Buy American Act applies to the solicitation.
