| Description | The Sheriff Community Based Corrections Center (CBCC) building needs a full roof replacement as well as concrete crack repair. Most existing drains, vents, and equipment are to remain. Installation of a new roof hatch and ladder for access to the Roof #02 is also needed. Removed equipment is to be inspected and protected from the elements until reinstalled by the contractor. Adult Detention Center needs a full roof replacement as well as concrete crack repair. Drains, vents, and HVAC equipment are to remain. Roof hatch to Roof # 01 is to be replaced along with the removal of two stairwell pressure relief hoods and dampers. Any HVAC equipment that needs to be removed and reinstalled shall be protected from the elements until reinstalled by the contractor. Roofs #02 and #03 to have the old davits mounting bases to be removed and the concrete anchor holes repaired. |
