| Description | The City of Chelsea, Massachusetts, through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking sealed bids for all labor and materials for "Furnish and Install Two New Electrical Light Enclosures". Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, issued by a responsible bank or trust company. Or a bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the City, all in the amount of 5% of the bid payable to the "City of Chelsea." The City of Chelsea reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals and to waive minor irregularities and/or formalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the City.
