Description Blower Door Air Tightness System and use said equipment on every unit to reach targeted air flow rates and conduct proper pressure testing. A good quality infrared camera will be needed to check for voids in the installed insulation negating call backs. Gas fitters, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing subcontractor licenses and insurances will also be required (WAP only).
