Due to Department needs during the Port of Los Angeles Fleet Week events, no activities specified in this Request for Bids (RFB) will be permitted from May 16 - June 3, 2023. The Los Angeles Harbor Department ("City" or "Department") is soliciting bids for a contractor to fabricate and install, as well as repair as-needed, steel fencing and other steel barriers needed to enhance the physical security of the Los Angeles Port Police Headquarters building.
