Socastee High School Batting Cage

The scope of work requires the Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily complete the project as detailed in Exhibit A and associated specifications and plans as provided by Horry County School. The overall project involves but are not limited to: the construction of a new steel and concrete, pre-engineered structure to house new batting cages. New Foundation system, retaining the pre-engineered building company, providing shop drawings to the EOR, working under an OSF permit, provide all needed utilities and services per plans and specs. New accessible path to the existing bathrooms on site, new wider road access, and operable gate. The site will need to be made secure and safe from all adjacent areas. Work times beyond the immediate building location will be limited. Contractor to provide port-a-san and secure on site storage as needed, parking will be allowed within the limitations of the immediate project location only. Contractor to coordinate all third party and OSF inspections. District to retain independent third party inspector

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
