| Description | Project entails residential standby generator purchase and installation services at a private residence. Scope of Work: A) Furnish and install a new, 120/240V, 48Kw, 1800 RPM, 1-Phase Standby Generator, to include: a. Sound Attenuated Aluminum Enclosure b. (1) 200 Amp Service Entrance Rated Automatic Transfer Switch B) Install a 500 Gallon L.P. Tank buried and anchored C) Install 6” thick Pre-Cast Concrete pad for the Generator with #5 rebar on 12” centers or certified precast pad D) Complete Electrical for the installation of the Generator. All Electrical work shall conform to National Electric Code. E) 20 Gallons of Fuel for Start-up and Testing of Generator F) Clean up and remove all debris from the job site G) Contact the Housing Department for final inspection prior to leaving the job site |
