South Delta School District ESSER 2 and South Delta High School Gym Lobby Renovation

Work includes two (2) school sites under one contract. The work at the South Delta Elementary School is funded by ESSER (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) Federal Funding and the South Delta High School Gym Lobby is funded by the School District. The work will include replacing and upgrading HVAC, replacing and upgrading electrical wiring as necessary, providing new unit pads, removing existing unit pads where necessary, removing and installing new ceilings as indicated in the construction documents at the South Delta Elementary School. At the South Delta High School, the work includes the interior renovations of the gym lobby, concession area and toilets. In addition to the replacement of the storefront at both entrances.
