| Description | The Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking the services of on-call masonry services. The work to be performed under this agreement includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete on-call masonry services. District and Contractor agree that no specific quantity of work is guaranteed to be provided to the Contractor under the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The length of the Agreement shall be from approximately January 16, 2023 through January 15, 2024. The District may extend the Agreement for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms at the same prices, terms and conditions. |
