| Description | Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor for the Custodial services for the Okeechobee County Judicial Center and Historic Courthouse. The contractor will provide all personnel, cleaning materials, cleaning equipment and supplies, including but not limited to trash bags, soaps, polish, cleaners, toilet tissue and paper towels. One (1) hour emergency response required. The bid will be awarded for a three (3) year period and can be renewed for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms subject to the agreement of both parties. |
