Description Remove and replace the chiller at the Castleman Engineering Building which is located on the Storrs Campus of the University of Connecticut, Storrs, Connecticut. The planned construction start date is March, 2019 with a project duration of three (3) month. Work to include but not limited to: 1. Removal of an existing rooftop 150T air cooled chiller and install a new chiller 2. Scrape and repaint existing steel dunnage 3. Provide a new 5" chilled water supply and return connections with insulation and aluminum jacketing 4. Provide a new steel service platform with handrail and ladder 5. Convert existing chilled water system from a primary-only to a primary-secondary system 6. Install a decoupler pipe to hydraulically separate the primary from the secondary system 7. Install a new rooftop pump enclosure on new equipment supports 8. Update and modify the existing control system to add the new chiller and the new primary pumps 9. Provide electrical service for the new chiller and the pumps 10. Removal of all debris caused by this Contract
