| Description | The principal components of work include providing a turnkey project for providing all transportation, equipment, tools, labor, and site clean-up for the removal and disposal of the following: 1. Poplar Bluff Autotransformer, General Electric, 161/69/13.8 kV, 55C ratings of 22.5/30/37.5/ MVA, 65C rating of 42 MVA, three-phase power autotransformer with aluminum windings, only residual oil remains in the transformer main tank and LTC, and the PCB test of the oil that was removed from the main tank is attached. The bushings still contain oil and the contractor shall assume the bushings contain PCBs (see attached image showing PCB warning “Bushings Only”). |
