Architect and Engineering Services, Richardson Hall Interior - Phase 5

Architectural and Engineering Services for the project referenced above. The project scope will involve the design, bid and construction for Richardson Hall Interior Renovation - Phase 5 at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota, OSE # R0622 --01X This phase of the project will consist of construction within 1st and 2nd floors of Richardson Hall. Previous phases were completed under a separate contract. The Phase 5 project will renovate the residence rooms, lounges, and all other common spaces on t he first and second floors, and the stair towers at each end of Richardson Residence Hall. The renovation will include, but is not limited to, demolition, framing, casework, finishes, specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical upgrades w ithin each area.
