Community Crossings Paving Program

The contract will consist of the following: 2022-2 CCMG Paving and associated work items of various streets throughout the Town of Rosedale. The Contractor shall not be allowed extra compensation by reason of any matter or thing concerning which the Contractor could have fully informed himself prior to bidding. No Verbal agreement, understanding or conversation with an agent or employee of the Owner, either before or after the execution of this contract, shall affect or modify the terms or obligations herein contained. ii. The Contractor shall fill out and submit the Bid Documentation. If the Contractor is asked to submit a contract modification based upon a change of the scope in the project, then the submitted Schedule of Values sheet shall be used to determine the contract modification amount. iii. The details, generalrequirements and specificationsin the enclosed document constitute the scope of the project. The deadline for questions The contractor shall deliver asphalt millings to the Town of Rosedale. Delivery shall be coordinated with the Owner.
