| Description | The project is a summer HVAC replacement. The renovation will consist modifications of an existing elementary school HVAC and associated electrical modifications. Additionally, this project will include the framing of exterior walls to accommodate the new mechanical systems along with new exterior metal panels at these locations. This work is scheduled to begin May 28, 2022 with a mandatory final project completion July 25, 2022. This project is subject to the Davis Bacon Compliance Act. |
