DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately: Construction of a FEMA storm shelter including precast bleachers, block retaining walls, concrete walks / plaza, concrete stairs, bituminous trails, railings, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and watermain., all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. COMPLETION OF WORK: The work shall be substantially complete by August 31, 2023 OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregu larities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby
