Roof Replacement at Lawrence Township Municipal Building

As of September 15, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The bid shall provide for the partial replacement of the Municipal Building's roof. The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to the replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roof and patching of portions of EPDM roofing as shown on the contract drawings. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on September 19, 2023 subject to the availability of funds in the Adopted Budget and 2023 Capital Plan. Construction shall commence on or about October 16, 2023. The completion of the project shall be 28 working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed by November 30, 2023. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 - 1 et seq.
