Rehabilitation of One (1) Residential Rental Structure

Sealed proposals will be received on general contracts for the rehabilitation of one (1) residential rental structure in the City of Cedar Falls, IA. This work is being financed through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. Bids are being solicited by invitation and through published public notice. Bids received from contractors barred from participation in federally assisted projects will be rejected. All bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. For bids to be considered responsive, a bid amount must be provided for each line item.
