| Description | Enter into a multi-year contract with a qualified and licensed pest control contractor to provide Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services. Services will be provided throughout the EHPS portfolio of 18 buildings consisting of over 1.3 million square feet. Work will be performed on high-profile properties, therefore contractors must be able to perform their services in a neat, clean, and professional manner. High quality and attention to detail are required. Contact Period: The term of contract shall be Three (3) full fiscal years. If mutually agreed between East Hartford Public Schools and the Contractor, the contract may be extended under the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional twelve month periods. | ||
