Upper Verde River Wildlife Area Janitorial Services

Janitorial Services for Arizona Game Fish Department (AGFD), Upper Verde River Wildlife Area in Paulden, Arizona. The offeror will supply personnel and supervisor necessary to provide the service as specified herein at the Upper Verde River Wildlife Area Restroom Facilities. The Contractor will be able to provide satisfactory service within one week after notice to proceed. Services required include cleaning and sanitizing a vaulted restroom building approximately 150 square feet in size, with two (female and male) side restroom facilities. There are two toilets, no sinks or other fixtures. Water will need to be supplied by contractor, as there is no water on site. 5 gallons of water should be maximum needed for tasks to be completed. This solicitation is for year-round, bi-weekly service. There may be times when area is non-accessible due to inclement weather (TRUCK OR SUV PREFERRED). The days may be moved to accommodate the weather with notice to the Region 3 Office.
