Description

Construction Manager at Risk to provide construction services to appropriately renovate the HVAC system for Teague Middle School. Included with the construction services will be the pre-construction services that will require the CM's close coordination with the Engineering team for scope prioritization based on cost and phasing strategy, along with receiving and storing owner provided HVAC equipment which will be delivered prior to the start of construction and providing and installing temporary (rental) air cooled chiller(s). This project consists of a removal and replacement of water cooled chillers with air cooled chillers, pumps, air handling units, chiller piping connections, hvac controls, removal and replacement of VAVs, chilled water fan coil units, cleaning the ducts, and test and balance for Teague Middle School.
