| Description | Provide masonry brick and mortar repair and replacement around all of the brick columns at each of the 22 overhead door openings and all four corners of the building. Contractor will ensure a reasonable color match of new bricks to existing. All masonry brick and mortar repair and replacement should assume a required work area of 30sqft per column. There are 31 brick columns. Provide masonry brick and mortar repair and replacement along the North and South walls. Each bidder shall assume a required work area of 750sqft per wall. Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the project area(s) in a clean manner, and is responsible for all debris removal from the property. Staging and lay-down area will be provided and designated. Storage at the site will be limited. ALTERNATE: Provide a per unit cost to provide and install 4' bollards. | ||
