Description It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid to establish an annual contract for Traffic Pavement Marking Services on an as needed bases for the City of Pasadena’s Traffic Department. The City of Pasadena Traffic Department will administer the contract. The Traffic Department will identify pavement marking repairs needed throughout the City during the duration of the contract. The work order will indicate specific repair location and quantity of work. Once the City has notified the bidder of requested work that bidder is to complete repairs within 15 calendar days or as specified on the work order, whichever is greater. All markings shall be installed in accordance with the Texas Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Device unless otherwise specified by the owner. The contract period shall be for a period of one (1) year beginning on the date of The City Council’s final approval. No price increases will be allowed during the contract period. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods in 2018 and 2019 if so agreed to by both parties.
