| Description | The work shall include removal and replacement of existing curtain wall with thermally broken curtain wall framing and insulated glass units; installation of sheet metal through wall flashing; removal, salvage, and re-installation of adjacent existing materials such as marble cladding, interior modular partitions, and acoustical ceiling grid and tile to facilitate the curtain wall replacement. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 365 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. State University of New York goals are: 22% MBE and 8% WBE participation of the total contract value. State University of New York also has a goal for the Work Force participation: EEO 10% WBE and EEO 10% MBE of total work force on the project. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. |
