New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, Sunmount DDSO, Buildings 25 and 26 Water Main Repair and Building Demolition and Asbestos Abatement

The scope of work in the Water Main Repair Contract CR #14 includes but is not limited to; Installation of approximately 343 LF of 8” water main. Installation of three (3) fire hydrant assemblies, two (2) tapping sleeves and valves, and two (2) gate valves. Removal of existing water service box that serves Buildings 25 and 26. Removal of one (1) inoperable hydrant. Reconstruction of all asphalt, concrete curb, and lawn areas disturbed due to water main repairs. The estimated contract value for the Water Main Repair Contract is $100,000 - $130,000. The scope of work in the Demolition and Asbestos Abatement Contract CR #15 includes but is not limited too; Abatement of all hazardous materials within Buildings 25 and 26 in accordance with all local, state, and federal rules, regulations, guidelines, and variances. Complete demolition and removal of Buildings 25 and 26, including slabs and foundations, following abatement operations. Cutting and capping of all utility services. Backfilling, topsoil, mulching, and seeding of all areas impacted by demolition operations. The estimated contract value for the Demolition and Asbestos Abatement Contract is $250,000 - $275,000.
