The project is to renovate the existing shelter house at Jamie Farr Park. The work proposed will involve both exterior and interior work including but not limited to: demolition and haul away, roof replacement, concrete walk replacement, brick mortar tuck pointing, electrical, plumbing, floor, wall and ceiling coverings, fixture replacement, cleaning and painting. Interior work looks to completely renovate the kitchen and restrooms. Other work includes construction of partition walls for furniture storage, finish carpentry, door replacement and interior ceiling replacement.
