On-Site Construction for Vehicle and Trench Rescue Training Props

The project will consist of the construction of a dedicated vehicle training prop and trench rescue prop that provides a multitude of training scenarios that would challenge and prepare the responders for real world rescue challenges they may see in everyday work. Vendor is responding to a Solicitation to do business with one or all member counties of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Task Force which is comprised of the County of Bucks, County of Chester, County of Delaware, County of Montgomery, and the City of Philadelphia. As such, vendors should familiarize themselves and their companies with the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Structure specific to first, second, and third class counties and the relationships that exist between aforementioned counties and the local municipalities and services within them.
