The scope of work includes: Construction and/or installation including project management, coordination, scheduling, staking & technical layout, erosion control, maintenance/pond conversion, limited earthwork (grading and fine grading), culvert crossing, limited storm drainage, restroom building(s), amphitheater, large pavilion, park shelter, sport court, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, fencing, utilities connections and ancillary building, site and utility work as detailed in the drawings and specifications for the Downtown Park project.
