Description

Providing all labor, equipment and materials necessary for Crown Coliseum Complex Suite J Repairs. The work will include replacement and preparing sheetrock for paint following industry standards. It is estimated that 240 square feet ofwalls and 120 square feet of ceiling need to be painted with two coats. Sheetrock is 5/8 inch unless otherwise noted. The room has experienced water damage to Hurricane Florence and cabinets will need to be removed and replaced for both the wall and base cabinetiy. The countertop should be removed carefully and reset. The sink should be detached and reset using the same fixture. The contractor will provide labor to move the contents of the room and reset the contents upon completion. The contractor will need to haul and properly dispose of debris. The contractor should take appropriate steps to clean the room utilizing anti-microbial agent as necessary and cleaning the room upon completion of construction. The contractor should also take appropriate steps to protect the floor and place plastic down while performing operations. The contractor should anticipate replacing two can light fixtures. The contractor should take steps to match the interior paint of the room, baseboard and crown molding.
