Small Lot Vegetation Management

The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) requests bids from Contractors interested in providing required planting and vegetation maintenance on hundreds of private properties enrolled in the Pure Water Partners (PWP) program and/or on federal, state, county, industrial private timberlands, and EWEB owned lands. These properties are between 25 and 70 miles upriver from the Eugene city limits. A Voluntary pre-bid meeting will be provided through either EWEB or EWEB partners supporting restoration activities. The meeting will be for viewing the site location only, no discussion of the solicitation or scope of work will be offered. All bids shall be submitted as set forth in Section 1 - Instructions to Bidders. EWEB is not responsible for bids submitted in any manner, format or to any delivery point other than as required by the Solicitation Document. No bid may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of thirty (30) days from the date and time set for opening EWEB reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities (EWEB Rule 3-0470); may cancel the Invitation to Bid or reject any or all bids pursuant to EWEB Rule 3-0640.
